Each of our delicious gummies contain 10mg (milligrams) of thc and 10 mg of cbd.
For those who are edible-experts, you probably already know how many mg's get you your ideal chai.
For the newbies (you've had edibles less than 10 times), we recommend you start really low, like a quarter of one gummy (or even less if you're a light-weight). Then wait an hour and see how you feel. If you feel just right, that's your dose! If you're not feeling much, take another little nibble. When you reach your ideal chai, remember how much you ate and repeat that dose the next time you're in the mood for a gummy.
