Subscription Policy

Tokin' Flower Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs your subscription to Tokin' Flower products ("Products") offered by Chai Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") via our online store hosted on Shopify. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to all terms outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or subscribe to our products. By placing a subscription order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old.

1.2 State-Specific Legal Restrictions

We only ship to approved U.S. states where hemp-derived THC edibles are legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing, possessing, or consuming our products complies with your local, state, and federal laws.

1.3 ID Verification

To comply with applicable laws:

- We may use third-party age verification software and/or manual review to verify your identity and age.

- Orders that fail verification may be canceled and refunded, less any applicable verification or processing fees.

 

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Available Plans

We offer flexible subscription options including:

- Bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly deliveries

- Choice of flavor and quantity

You may select and manage your preferred plan in your customer account.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this policy. You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal.

2.3 Commitment Period

There is a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. You may cancel or modify your subscription after this period, subject to the notice requirements below.

 

3. Billing & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via secure third-party processors that support:

- Major debit and credit cards

- Cannabis-compliant gateways (e.g., Authorize.net)

We do not accept PayPal, Apple Pay, or cards issued by federally regulated banks.

3.2 Recurring Billing

Your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

3.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

- We will attempt to charge the card up to three (3) times within five (5) days

- If unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused, and you may lose access to discounted pricing or reserved inventory.

3.4 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of the new pricing constitutes acceptance of the changes.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 State Restrictions

We only ship to states where hemp-derived edibles are legal. We do not ship across state lines in violation of applicable laws.

4.2 Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, tamper-evident packaging to ensure privacy.

4.3 Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed based on your selected delivery frequency. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

 

5. Modifying, Pausing, or Canceling Subscriptions

5.1 Customer Rights

You may:

- Pause or skip a delivery

- Modify product selections or delivery frequency

- Cancel your subscription after the commitment period

5.2 Notice Period

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

5.3 How to Make Changes

You can make changes by:

- Logging into your customer account, or

We do not accept subscription changes via social media or voicemail.

 

6. Refunds & Returns

6.1 Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our hemp-derived gummies, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

- Taste or texture preferences

- Subjective effectiveness

- Subscription errors after shipping

6.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@tokinjew.com within 48 hours of receipt with:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the damage

We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

 

7. Compliance Disclaimer

- Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

- You agree to consult a healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.

- By subscribing, you accept full responsibility for:

- Understanding and complying with your local laws

- Using our products lawfully and responsibly

 

8. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing or using Tokin' Flower, you acknowledge:

- The inherent risks of cannabis consumption, including impairment and health effects

- That you are responsible for:

- Proper dosage, safe storage, and personal use

- Preventing access by children or unauthorized individuals

We are not liable for:

- Adverse effects

- Improper use or storage

- Legal consequences related to your location or actions
